- Lectures and commentary by Constanze Güthenke, Assistant Professor in the Department of Classics and the Program in Hellenistic Studies at Princeton University.
- One night at the centrally-located Electra Palace Hotel in Athens.
- Seven nights passage aboard the exclusively chartered S/V PANORAMA.
- All meals including wine with lunch and dinner for the adults and soft drinks for the children.
- All excursions as outlined in the itinerary including entrance fees and gratuities to the drivers and guides.
- Airport/Hotel transfers for those traveling on the program dates.

Excluded
International airfare; customary end of cruise gratuities for shipboard staff; transfers for those not traveling on program dates; meals not specified in the daily itinerary; charges for items of a personal nature including laundry, beverages and excess baggage charges; independent travel arrangements; travel and accident insurance; and passport and visa fees.
Group Size
This tour outline and pricing is based on a minimum of 30 participants.
Health
All participants must be in good health. This program is active and involves walking over uneven surfaces and climbing stairs. Not all locations may be handicapped accessible. Any condition that may require special medical attention or other accommodation must be reported at the time of your reservation.
Deposit and Final Payment
Reservations will be accepted in order of receipt if accompanied by a completed reservation form and a deposit of $1,000 per person. Final payment is due by April 30, 2008 and must be paid by check. If there is a significant change in the value of the dollar, a sharp rise in the cost of fuel or other unanticipated circumstance, there may be a slight increase in the cost of the program.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds, less a cancellation fee of $300 per person, will be made if we are notified on or before April 30, 2008. No refunds will be granted after that date. All cancellations must be in writing to the Alumni Association of Princeton University.
Travel Insurance
As a service to its travelers, the Alumni Association of Princeton University automatically provides all Princeton Journeys participants with basic medical, accident, and evacuation coverage under a group travel insurance policy. It is highly recommended that you supplement this basic protection with your own additional coverage, as well as trip cancellation/interruption or baggage coverage. Information on additional insurance is available and will be mailed upon receipt of your reservation.
Responsibility
A detailed statement of limitations and exclusions of liability of Siemer & Hand Travel, Inc. and the Alumni Association of Princeton University for property, injury, illness or death will be provided to passengers upon enrollment and is available to prospective travelers upon request.
