Siemer & Hand Travel

Journeys of Discovery

The Journeys of Discovery programs are set up especially to meet the interests of the sponsoring organization and the scholar who is leading the trip. Whether it is a natural history trip to Peru, an art and architecture trip to Japan, or an archaeology-focused trip to Turkey, you are sure to find elements that make the trip stand out among more general trips. Often the sponsoring organizations and their lecturers tailor the itinerary to their specific fields of interest and knowledge, and use their global contacts to get special access to local sites and experts, rewarding travelers with one-of-a-kind experiences that one cannot get from a general trip.

Our clients include the alumni associations of Harvard, Princeton, Bryn Mawr, Smith, Mount Holyoke, Columbia, Vassar, Cal Tech, and many others. We also provide fine arts programs and natural history programs for museums such as the Art Institute of Chicago and the Harvard Museum of Natural History, as well as other leading non-profit organizations such as the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the American Birding Association.

If you are interested in joining one of these rewarding trips, or if you have any questions, simply contact us at1-800-451-4321 or email travel@siemerhand.com
